Located beside the beautiful lagoon creek, Lagoon Creek Function Room is a unique and fresh experience for your next conference or corporate function.

Our venue offers a variety of catered function room packages, ranging from breakfast and dinner meeting packages to half day and full day packages. Lagoon Creek Function Room provides an affordable option for training courses, seminars, meetings and events. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to accommodate a range of functions and requirements. Even when your meeting or event has adjourned for the day, your memories will continue to flourish, as the idyllic environment emanates tranquility and that special feel good factor.

Lagoon creek also offers three separate break-out areas that ideal for facilitating breakout sessions, places for quiet reflection and separate spaces for scheduled breaks.

Everything is on hand to ensure your individual needs are met; from our extensive conference and function menus and audio visual equipment. Included is:

  • Free parking
  • Full access for wheelchair and other mobility aides
  • Laptop, plasma screen, DVD, electronic whiteboards & flipcharts

Function Room Packages

Half Day DELEGATE Package

(4 Hours) – $19.00pp inc GST (for community, NGO and Government organisations – required minimum of 15 people)

Package includes:

  • Room Hire of 4 hours
  • Selection of Coffee and teas on arrival and throughout function
  • Cold water for tables
  • Morning OR Afternoon Tea which would include:
    • juice and 3 choices from assorted biscuits,  fresh seasonal fruit, assorted fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream, assorted savories, assorted  mini muffins and bruschetta.
  • Lectern
  • Microphone
  • Access to electronic presentation plasma screen/TV
  • PC and Audio Inputs
  • Electronic whiteboard and markers
  • Clip board for butchers paper

Half Day EXECUTIVE Package

  • Selection of Coffee and teas on arrival and  throughout function
  • Cold water for tables
  • Morning OR Afternoon Tea which would include:
    • juice and 3 choices from assorted biscuits, fresh seasonal fruit, assorted fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream, assorted Danishes , assorted  mini muffins or bruschetta’s.
  • Lunch which would include:
    • open sandwich bar consisting of a selection of varies breads, freshly prepared meats and fillings  &  condiments (Gluten free options included).
  • Lectern
  • Microphone
  • Access to electronic presentation plasma screen/TV
  • PC and Audio Inputs
  • Electronic whiteboard and markers
  • Clip board for butchers paper

(8 Hours) – $37.00pp inc GST (required minimum of 15 people)

Package includes:

  • Room Hire of up to 8 hours
  • Selection of Coffee and teas on arrival and throughout function
  • Cold water for tables
  • Morning AND Afternoon Tea which would include:
    • juice, and a choice of 5 from the following selection:  assorted biscuits, fresh seasonal fruit, cake, assorted fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream, assorted Danishes, assorted  mini muffins, bruschetta or cheese and crackers
  • Lunch which would include:
    • open sandwich bar consisting of a selection of varies breads, freshly prepared meats and fillings  &  condiments ( gluten free options included); OR
    • choice of roast lunch; OR
    • choice of lasagna/vegetable bakes and salad/vegetables.

(2 Hours) – $13.50pp (required minimum of 25 people)

Package includes:

  • Room Hire of up to 2 hours
  • Cold water for tables
  • Lectern,
  • Microphone
  • Access to electronic presentation plasma screen/TV
  • PC and Audio Inputs,
  • Electronic whiteboard and markers
  • Standing clip board for butchers paper
  • Selection of Coffee, Teas, & Juice on arrival and throughout function
  • Catering which would include 3 choices from:
    • Fresh seasonal fruit;
    • Assorted fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream;
    • Assorted Danishes;
    • Fresh biscuits;
    • Assorted mini muffins;
    • Assorted savoury nibbles (Vege chips, Bhuja mix etc.)

(If you would like more than 3 choices, each additional choice is charged at $ 2pp)

Breakfast Package

(2 Hours) – $18.50pp (required minimum of 15 people)

  • Electronic whiteboard and markers
  • Standing clip board for butchers paper
  • Selection of Coffee, Teas, & Juice on arrival and throughout function
  • Buffet breakfast including:
    • Bacon;
    • Scrambled eggs;
    • Chipolata sausages
    • Grilled tomatoes;
    • Fried mushrooms;
    • Hot Baked Beans;
    • Toast & spreads;
    • & Fresh Fruit.

Special Functions/Meetings

Special function menus and pricing can be individually negotiated based on needs.

Hourly Room Hire (non-catered)

  • Room hire:
    • Hourly rate for less than 4 hours is $60/hour.
    • Half day rate (4 hours) is $180.
    • 6 hours is $240.
    • Full day rate (8 hours) is $300.

  • Water urn
  • Broadband internet access:
    • 1 hour ($8.50)
    • 4 hours ($25)

The Lagoon Creek Cafe & Function Room can also offer additional items and services, priced individually as follows:

  • Photocopying/printing (1-100 sheets) – $0.50 per sheet
  • Notepads and pens – $25.00 for 15 units
  • Blu Tac – $5.00 per packet
  • Local phone calls and fax – $0.60 per call
  • National calls – $0.50 per minute
  • Mobile phone calls – $0.80 per minute
  • International calls – $1.50 per minute
  • Butchers paper – $0.70 per sheet
  • Broadband Internet Access
    • 1 hour – $8.50
    • 4 hours – $25
    • 8 hours – $40
