Better Together

Better Together is a community organisation designed to develop a more inclusive Caboolture & Moreton Bay region.

We supports people with disabilities 1:1 under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to establish valued role and relationships in their local social, civic and economic community as well as provide alternate programs to address other needs of individuals within our community.

Better Together develops and maintains a wide range of strategies, partnerships and affiliations thus contributing to the overall strengths and wellbeing of the community.

The principles of Better Together are:

Welcoming all people into our activities and assisting them to participate.

Promoting an environment free from all forms of discrimination – an environment where people feel like the belong.

Supporting the principles of social justice and strategies that assist people who experience exclusion to participate in our community.

Resolving any issues that would limit the participation of all people.
